Si eres importador de cualquier producto necesitas conocer esta informaci\u00f3n de primera mano.<\/p>\n<p>Las alertas de importaci\u00f3n contienen modificaciones y nuevas normativas para cualquier producto que pueda infringir las leyes o poner en peligro la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n, por lo que, sin un examen f\u00edsico, la carga puede ser retenida a su entrada en EE.UU.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed, algunos productos en la lista roja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Papaya y melones desde M\u00e9xico<\/li>\n<li>Pimientos desde M\u00e9xico<\/li>\n<li>Camarones frescos congelados (crudos) procedentes de Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiw\u00e1n y Tailandia<\/li>\n<li>Antibi\u00f3ticos desde Alemania y Turquia<\/li>\n<li>Guantes quir\u00fargicos desde Canad\u00e1 e India<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si un producto es retenido sin examen f\u00edsico, el importador tiene derecho a presentar pruebas a la FDA en un intento de superar la apariencia de la infracci\u00f3n. Import alerts contain modifications and new regulations for any product that may violate laws or endanger the health of the population, so without physical examination the cargo may be detained upon entry into the US.
