Chile, uno de los pa\u00edses que ha estado presente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en el ranking de exportaciones, con ingresos que llegaron para el 2021 a los 96,1MM de d\u00f3lares; los rubros m\u00e1s exportados van atados a la alta producci\u00f3n de cobre y minerales, y su potencial agr\u00edcola para exportar productos como uvas frescas, ar\u00e1ndanos, ciruelas, etc.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan lo establecido por el Ministerio de de Relaciones Exteriores, puedes exportar siendo persona natural o jur\u00eddica. Ac\u00e1 te dejamos los principales requisitos que debes considerar al momento de querer exportar desde Chile:<\/p>\n

- Contar con el tr\u00e1mite de Inicio de Actividades, el cual se realiza en el sitio web del Servicio de Impuestos Internos.
\n- Conocer y acatar el Compendio de Normas Aduaneras, estipulado por el Servicio de Aduanas, en el cual hay informaci\u00f3n y lineamientos sobre la valoraci\u00f3n de la mercanc\u00eda, la correcta entrada y salida de \u00e9sta, declaraciones fiscales, etc.
\n- Contar con los c\u00f3digos arancelarios, de acuerdo al sistema armonizado, desarrollado por la OMA.
\n- Certificado de Origen, su emisi\u00f3n en muchos casos ya con el avance tecnol\u00f3gico puede realizar de manera online a trav\u00e9s de de Sistema de Certificado de Origen Digital (SCOD). Estos certificados van atados a los acuerdos arancelarios de mercado exterior otorgados a ciertos art\u00edculos originarios del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Here are the main requirements you should consider when you want to export from Chile: – To have the procedure of Beginning of Activities, which is done on the website of the Internal Revenue Service. – Know and abide by the Compendium of Customs Regulations, stipulated by the Customs Service, in which there is information and guidelines on the valuation of goods, the correct entry and exit of goods, tax declarations, and more. – To have the tariff codes, according to the harmonized system, developed by the WCO. – Certificate of Origin, its issuance in many cases and with the technological advance can be done online through the Digital Certificate of Origin System (SCOD). These certificates are tied to the foreign market tariff agreements granted to certain articles originating in the country.
